  • Standard InstaSeal Warranty

    We will provide 5-annual flat roof inspections with photo summaries to ensure our workmanship and membrane quality. We will also provide a 15 year workmanship warranty to perform small maintenance when needed.

  • 20 Year Warranty

    We will provide 20-annual flat roof inspections with photo summaries to ensure our workmanship and membrane quality. We will also perform small maintenance when needed.

  • 25+ Year Warranty

    For above standard single-ply membrane flat roof systems, we will work with both the customer and supplier to ensure a long term commitment to your flat roof system’s protection.
